I am a qualified journalist with two and a half years experience on the respected British national newspaper The Independent. I have written for both print and web across many subjects as part of the Student and Special Projects desks. I also have experience commissioning and editing copy. My main professional areas of interest lie in gastronomy, travel, profiles and interviews, lifestyle, education and careers.

I am an inquisitive Australian with English and Italian heritage who spent seven years enjoying all that living in London had to offer but has now returned to make a home in sunny Brisbane, Queensland.

I am dedicated to finding inspiring and revealing interviewees and producing stimulating fresh copy.
